TutoVera was founded by Shashwat Bajaj and Drishti Idnani. Today, Shashwat leads TutoVera as Founder & CEO/CTO, continuing to shape the product, technology, and company direction around one goal: make AI more useful for learning, not simply better at producing answers.

Founder
As a founder, Shashwat helped shape TutoVera’s product direction, technical architecture, AI systems, and learning experience.
Shashwat has a background in mathematics and scientific computation and is pursuing an M.S. in Big Data Analytics. His work and interests span data analysis, AI, product development, and research, including projects related to autonomous mobility and technology-driven learning.
Founder
As a founder, Drishti contributed to TutoVera’s early operations, brand, communications, growth, and user-facing development.
Drishti is a data scientist focused on solving real-world problems through thoughtful, data-driven strategy. Her experience includes analytics automation for forecasting at Intel, data analytics work at ASUS, and mentoring teams across AI communities.

Shashwat currently leads TutoVera’s company direction, product strategy, technology, AI systems, technical architecture, and platform development. His focus is on turning technical systems into practical product experiences that are intelligent, useful, and built around the way people actually learn.
TutoVera began with a simple idea: an AI tutor should do more than return a correct answer. It should explain the reasoning, support questions and follow-ups, preserve useful context, and help someone move from solving a problem to actually understanding it.
